Packages will be delivered by an independent courier. Minimum delivery charge is on per 12-Bottle Case basis. A case charge is made for any amount of bottles between 1 and 12. Delivery charges are calculated by our delivery calculator on checkout. We reserve the right to add to this charge if for any reason our costs of delivering to your address are higher than calculated.

Delivery times vary between region but we will have your goods delivered to you within 10 working days of your payment clearing and usually much quicker. We will contact you if for any reason we cannot deliver your goods in 10 working days. If you are not home when we deliver we will leave the wine in what we think is a safe place outside your house. If we can't find a safe place we will take the wine back and deliver it another time. You can provide us with some instructions on delivery when you checkout from our website or when you email us your order. We can also deliver to your workplace if that is easier.

Wine Breakages

In the event that any of the bottles in your case are damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will ship you replacement bottles or issue you with a full refund.

We will always change the bottles for equivalent or better quality bottles. If you ever have cause to disagree with our choice of replacements, we will take back the bottles and give you a credit, no questions asked.
